C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES

If you have remorse for the purchase it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
If the product is damaged or not as described it is on us to pay to send you a replacement or for the return shipping.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was received. You’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
